Our Roots
How it Started
Under new ownership as of June 1, 2014, a plan was hatched to better the bar by remodeling it to give it a new identity. A new look and new name were in order to accomplish this. The first thing to happen would be the construction part of the remodel. The mustard yellow walls gave way to a more soothing and neutral gray color. The bottom half of the walls were painted black. Behind the bar, all the woodwork was also painted black. Also gone were the old style “diner” booths that lined the walls.

Once all the painting was done, it was time to work on moving the bar toward its end goal of a sports bar. A total of 16 HD TV’s were hung along the walls, and a brand new sound system. Finally, a Golden Tee machine along with new flooring. Many more improvements were also completed during this time. A new menu was created by our team of chefs to better suit the theme but also to give more diversity. An increase to 16 tap beers was also accomplished.
Once the remodel was completed, the name change and signage for the new name were the final steps. The name itself, Creekside Sports Bar & Grille was chosen due to the fact of changing the golf course name to Landis Creek Golf Club. Landis Creek itself is the waterway that runs right across the street from the bar (on your right as you enter the property from Lewis Road).
Weekly entertainment and special events still take place each week as well. Many local bands play on the weekends, but also things like Trivia Night and Poker also take place. The Patio is also in full swing during the summer months.
